finally

hello, finally i have moved out from tg.bungah area to bayan lepas.........it's quite sad because i have lived in my childhood life at tanjung bungah area and suddenly, bayan lepas......!

it's been 4 months......since the very first day that we had sign contract on august 1st! Well.....it's a good beginning of my new life......Well....the environment....very quite, very chill and warm feeling.....i think its a good place for me to start over.......

Well, life still goes on, i still recall the other day, all of sudden, i recall back all my winning side of life......

• not much memory on primary....except playing tv games everyday
• get to represent CRC football club as goalkeeper (under 15 first choice keeper, under 18 reserved and under 21 reserved) where i'm only 14!
• get to represent school football team as goalkeeper under 15 and under 17
• form 4 1995, get involve in athletes, compete in 200m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m for school and represent penang for my school xaverian's in singapore and got first!
• form 5 1996, only involve in athletes and lead a glorious victory for my house (Paul) to win our school sports day!
• total medal (gold, silver, bronze) 32 where only 2 medal belongs to football, the rest in athletes for only 2 years!
• 1997 to 1999 play for CRC club football under18 to under21.
• 2000 play for my college informatics, got 2nd place in Inter-college 7 aside football where i'm still the keeper for my college! Record made....clean sheet until final we lost 1-0!
• 2000 started play in bands....(rock, grunge, slow) with Eli-waile with Sam,Lye,Kevin and Me
• 2002 change band quite a number of time until we have chiat and ken comes in as Ground Zero and we bag the best performance awards in Asian Beat Band Competition
• 2003 join mr.Penang middleweight......80-85kg got 3rd runner up in the finals
• 2003 mid season started my own company "Topdual Enterprise" as a small business entrepreneurs! which continue until now........."growing"
• 2004 register with my pretty wife .......i'm no more single...sorry 'ladies'..!!!
• 2005 marriage held at City Bayview Hotels on 14.05.2005 then the next day flew to Australia for 10 days honeymoon!
• 2006 went to USA with my wife, total of 2 weeks where we go to LAX, Sacremento, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe.....etc!
• 2007 again went to australia for another holiday trip with my parents and wife......
• 2008 latest achievement was to be the 2nd best in Yamaha Asian Beat Band Competition Northern Regions where we lost in KL for the National Final which was held in Beach Club KL 30.11.2008
• December 17-12-2008, move in to my new house which was yesterday......!

Well, upon seeing my achivement was that i'm an athlete! But my philosophy is that if you want to do something, do it hardly and focus.....if not why try!!??

Well upon looking back........I did achieve something .......which i'm proud of! but there are lot'sof bad thing happen, bad memory's, bad intention......if not, this is not life!

Good Experience!

Hello......it's been a big day for me and my bands! We were looking forward for this competition seriously........"National Final" in KL for the yamaha asian beat band competition 2008/2009!

We have depart on Friday 28/11/2008 to kl at 7 am and we do enjoying for the 4 days stay at kl with my bands....and wife and girlfriends!!! We met Sam our ex-guitarist of (Eli-Waile) and joon tat on Friday and Saturday! I have do some shopping with my wife for Christmas sale and also Chinese new is approaching for new cloths! We do jammed in sri hartamas for our final practice before the national final!

Sunday morning, the day has come that we have practice for 2 months for this competition.....when we arrived, we saw johor band in front of us.....in their vans......(make me think of HK triads that arrived with their parangs to gang fight)........High society waiting outside the Beach club and One Life Decision also arrived with us at the same time! we met some of the bands, chit chat our pfrofile and so on.........

The results ended with all the Penang Bands lost........ :( !!! They are seriously a good band! not like any other bands that we met in penang all the while! All the 3 winners have shown us their speciality ........and it makes us "open our eyes"! (tai hoi ngan kai)

There are 3 regions competing with all the top 3 representative's and we fight among the "best of the Best Bands" I have earned a good lesson by seeing their performance, songs structure, skills, attacks and showmanship!

I also receive some comments from the judge of how to improve my skill after we consulted one of the judge's in the events! Well .....there are nothing to lose as we did perform our best and keep everyone's cheers on our songs after we finish our act in the stage and that what makes us proud! People listen and enjoying our songs! .......anyway....thanks to my bands.....Kevin,Wee and Ken for their very best effort during the competition, my wife and their girl's, sam and alex for supporting us there live on the spot, kevin's sister for dropping by and support, yamaha and beach club for this event's and the photographer............A BIG thank you!

one more week......to national final

Hello.......it's been awhile for me to post because......

1. very busy with my works......business first right!
2. very busy practising with my bands for the national finals........
3. very busy with my moving house things........still not finish until today!

So.....please forgive me for not posting.......i even don have time for my TT also! Well, this weekend we will be in KL for the Yamaha Asian Beat National final.....hope we can create some history in the KL Beach Club! For those who are in KL drop by this 30th of november in Beach Club at 2pm to catch malaysian Finalist in action!

Well, we are now thinking how to restructure our songs to a better level in order to compete in KL finalist!

Heloo.........now is 12.06am 3 .11.2008

Now Iam writing this is because we had waited 8 years of my band life for this moment!

Finally.....we got 2nd placing in the YAMAHA ASEAN BEAT BAND COMPETITION 2008........when we were so panic on yesterday preliminary rounds after beating 5 bands to proceed to the final. All I want to say is.....Thank you to my wife{for supporting me all this while},My bands.......{Kevin on Vocal/rythm guitar, Wee lead guitarist, Ken drummer} without you guys.....there are no "ZERO ORIGIN"..........

This message is specially dedicated to Ocean Of Fire {Chiat} for guiding us all this while for the competition and lastly my parents who willing to support me for the very first time for my Bass guitars 8 years ago!

I can't describe how happy Iam now with this result as we wanted to grab it long times ago!

Asean Beat Band Competition 2008

Wow.....the day has come! We have been seriously practicing for this events! We had stop entering this competition since 2002......that a long time's! Well.....yesterday was a blast!

The entering level of competition is very high {not like last time} all the bands give and performs their best for this competition as individual prizes and of course....the 3 top bands get to represents Penang to the KL regional finals!

there are 13 bands........most of them we know......{"as usual"} and you know what.....we are the only chinese bands there competing with 12 others malay bands!!!!! can you imagine that? Where are all the chinese bands gone to???

We started 7.30pm sharp and ended at 10pm where we get to know who's qualified to the top 8 final which is today....Sunday! Zero Origin had qualified theirself to the final stage and hope we can win ourself to represent Penang to the Regional final in KL!

So.....whoever had read this blog......come and support me and my bands......today at 7.30pm at BUKIT JAMBUL COMPLEX.....entrance front door........Penang! Come and cheers for us the only chinese bands......compete with 7 more malay bands...! Thank you!!

Happy but follow by sad day....

We are all cheer up because we are going up to genting on 25.10.2008 as we planned long enough for that trip! We went there at about 1pm and we check in to Firt world......my god....look at those people queue up at the counter......we manage to check in after 3.30pm......so we head for our lunch......fucking expensive.......Its an "entertainment city".....

i manage to capture some good picture in genting! As expected.....ms Astro Talent Quest 2008....
First time catch live after so many years watching in TV "LIVE"

Then the following morning....we headed to KL and we stayed in "bukit bintang" my fav place to be...we then headed to Ikea for my house furnishing and then we headed to ampang lookout point t view the city!

The following days....which 27.10.2008.....we are supposed to heading to pavilion, Le Merinian Hotel for the buffet lunch aand so many more.......but......

It was 7am in the morning when my wife father called us .......at first i taught it was a breakfast call because we went there with the whole family!
But it leads to a surprise called.......My wife grandma passed away early in the morning.....We were shocked.......really shocked.......we was like "hang" there for a long while.......

We were supposed to drop by Ipoh the following days to visit her grandma.....but unfortunately....she left us "first"!

Well......how am i supposed to name this vacation......it was so excited as approach, then we are so anxiously plan our itenary.....where to go next.......then lead to tis incident!

hmm......i'm a bit tired.....just back from ipoh day ago.....and still we can't accept that our grandma had depart us in a seconds.........It was sad to me as i seen the tears of my wife family.....especially my wife.........damm.....it hurts........deep into the bone!

Hello, today, is hell of a day!

Wake up early to unpack all my tv stuff's, Ps2, Home Theatre, Astro and telekom to my new house! Kevin and Jonathan is ready to help!

11am reach destination......makan hokkien mee and 2 half boiled egg!
11.35am telekom people reach to activate house phone....Rm30....#$%$#@#$ not even 10 minutes! later on headed to Tesco Extra to have lunch together with Ken! at 3.30pm astro people reach and they started to fix....half an hour later......pay the sum of rm220 for installation!
!@#$$%#$%^%% i pay up rm 300 between half day.......what RM means today...??????

Damm, moving house is one big hell of a joke! Without realizing, you'll spend rmxxxxx withour prior notices! Damm........

Due to this ocation.......I damm broke for now.........I can't have my fine dining for 2 straight month liow! I'm hunger for Salsa's, Chili's, etc......!

This month although i'm busy but i manage to go KL twice and genting in the coming weeks! Well part of my traveling plans.......as usual :) ......!

it's been awhile since the merdeka countdown progress! I have been busy on my works, house renovation, new business, and the worst thing is.......$$$$$ everywhere!

I have already spend more than 5 figures on my "SE SE CHU" aka small house! I'm broke!

i'm been up and down the whole weeks and more to come later!
Damm tired!

Well....what to do...is my first house and i'm happy with it! At 30's, manage my first house with my wife......I'm so proud of myself! At 28's, bought my first car.......so damm proud! Arrogant, am I?

Sorry....sorry .....not to show off but just to voice out how proud I should be with myself!
This is the positive thinking that will keep us going stronger and stronger......do not look down on yourself by buying a small house nor car......think on the other brighter side, this is our efforts!

Public Holidays!

Hi.......surprise holidays.......declare by our new CM due to the election of permatang pauh area!

So.....i got time for my blog.....hehe....!

well....last weekend.......Me and my wife went to Taiping Zoo for photo snapping! We took alot of picture and when we headed home........we lost! From taiping we headed to Kamunting area! After a few rounds of ronda......here and there.....drive blindly....we manage to find our way out!
What an experience!

On Sunday, I have called up Jonathan if he want to take picture in Buterfly Farm.......and the replies goes yes! So we headed to Butterfly Farms at 1pm .......We had out lunch at the nearest shop before we reach our destination......and we go in there for like 3 hours.....for our shots!

This coming saturday, me and my bands will be playing at the P.S.C....penang swimming club for the Youth Party that the club had organized....! Sound checks will be held at noon and the party started at around 8pm........

Well.......kind of blur now........so sign out now at 9.57am on 26.08.2008

Me ah......very busyloh.......Have to shop, take photo, play band, work here and there.........Wow....

Count down to moving house.......Wahlau.....!

Hardly got time for blogging!

Well, I'm currently too tired for everything!
But what can I do.......this is the real world! This is 'LIFE'!

Our OLYMPIAN.......'Lee Chong Wei'......had won our Malaysia a silver medal for the "BEIJING OLYMPIC 2008"......Well.......at least he did try his best for our country....! "Let's give him a big cheer and hug"! At least, malaysia is listed in the medal tally table! :)

My favourite chanel is Athletic....100m,200m,400m,4x100m,4x400m and long jump!
I can sense that Usain Bolt from Jamaica will beat through the 200m record easily after seeing him qualify himself for the finals easily without any doubt! Just watch out for him tonight!

As for China 'Liu Xiang'........They did putin too many hope for this event's....trust me it's pressuring for the athlits...that why they burst out in tears after 'liu xiang pulls out from the events with the leg injury's!

Well.......by no surprises.....china has shows the world that they are something to be look into! They have shows the world what they can do........and capable of! They are just as one!

It's the month of 'Chinese Ghost Festival' and the 'por toh' is everywhere! Remember to pray for respect to them whenever you guy/gal pass them....!

I'am tired and happy today.....why? Well, i head for a swim in gold coast today with my friends....'wee' and 'jonathan'...we play, we swim, we shoot......{shoot picture of course} not else thing......:p

We shot several shots under the swimming pool using jonathan olympus compaq camera!

Then the happy thing is that wee took us to one place for our dinner.....Damm hungry after 4 hours of swimming! 'Banana Leaf'......."yeeha"!

We eat and we drink.........aha! Yes, we drink to keep our stomach round and not 6 packs!
hahahahahah.........so much for swimming.....!

Then we headed home after buying supper for my wife in Intel.......!

What to do.......thinking of selling burgers at beach area liow!

I think i can recreate a brand new scene of burger stalls with sirap ice balls! With this....we can create back those 70's feeling for those aged man and women!

hahah.......how silly of me......i think this is an idea........hahahahahah
